Hall Hire

Need to host an event?

The Scout Hall is available for hire for private functions, birthday parties, fitness groups etc. with a full kitchen including a microwave/convection oven.

For enquiries and bookings please contact our Hall Hire Co-ordinator (Keiran Brooks) and include your contact details, the date rquired, purpose, duration and frequency.

One-off Hall Hire

If you wish to hire the hall on a one-off basis, please complete the Hire of Scout Premises One-Off Use (Form P2) and email to the Hall Hire Co-ordinator.

Regular Hall Hire

If you wish to hire the hall on a regular basis, please complete the Hire of Scout Premises Regular Use (Form P3) and email to the Hall Hire Co-ordinator.

You will also need to organise collection of the Hall keys.
